The petitioners have filed the aforestated petitions for seeking direction for implementation of the award.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has received instructions from the Collector Baloda Bazar vide memo dated 27-07-2017 to challenge the award in appropriate proceedings before the higher Court. 4.

Presently, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, in view of the disclosure that the respondents contemplates to challenge the award. However, in any case, when there is no stay order operates against the award, the petitioners would be at liberty to move fresh application before the competent authority for execution of his order.
