1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.156/2020 registered in Police Station Navagarh, District Janjgir Champa for offence under Section 376 & 313 of the IPC and Section 3 (2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act').

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move an Appeal under Section 14-A of the Act. He prays for return of certified copy of the bail rejection order passed by the Special Court.

3. Prayer allowed.
