Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 21/12/2015 1.

These two writ appeals arise from common order dated 5.10.2015 passed in Writ Petition (L) No. 114 of 2015 and analogous cases (including Writ Petition (L) No. 116 of 2015 and 120 of 2015 by the present Appellants). 2.

IA No. 1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 16 days in preferring the appeals. Considering the duration and after hearing Learned Counsel for the parties, delay is condoned.

Learned Counsel for the State submitted that the Appellants were daily wage employees and had worked approximately for 14 months and 7 months respectively.

We have already considered the matter in detail by order dated 14.12.2015 in Writ Appeals No. 645 of 2015 and 646 of 2015. 5.
