The present petitioner was a President of Zila Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Mahasamund, (C.G.) (A body incorporated under Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960). The term of the petitioner had expired on 11.06.2013. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relief that outgoing management body may be allowed to continue the function till the new election takes place. In addition, direction has also been sought for conducting fresh
election.

Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that identical petitions have been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2014 passed in WPC Nos.656/2013, 949/2013 & 530/2014. He submits that present petition may also be disposed of in terms of the order dated 08.12.2014 (Supra).

Counsel appearing for respondents have no objection if this petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court. 4.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in WPC Nos.656/2013. 949/2013 & 530/2014. 5.
It is, however, expected from the State Co-operative Election Commission to conduct election of Zila Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Mahasamund (C.G.) as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
