---- Appellant

Versus

State of Chhattisgarh, Through its Assistant Commissioner, Office of the Collector (Tribal Development) Raigarh, Tehsil Revenue and Civil District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.

---Respondent For Appellant :

Shri Vimal Kumar Tondey, Advocate.

For Respondent/State :

Shri Prafull N Bharat, Additional Advocate General. Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri P. Sam Koshy, J.

Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 22/12/2015 1.

The present appeal arises from common order dated 5.10.2015 passed in Writ Petition (L) No. 114 of 2015 and analogous cases (including Writ Petition (L) No. 123 of 2015 preferred by the present Appellant). 2.

IA No. 1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 20 days in preferring the appeals. Considering the duration and after hearing Learned Counsel for the parties, delay is condoned.

3.

Learned Counsel for the State submitted that the Appellant was a daily wage employee and had worked approximately for 1 year and 5 months only. 4.

We have already considered the matter in detail by order dated 14.12.2015 in Writ Appeals No. 645 of 2015 and 646 of 2015. 5.

For like reasons as discussed therein, we find no reason to interfere with the order under appeal. The writ appeal is dismissed. Sd/- Sd/- (Navin Sinha) (P. Sam Koshy) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Subbu
