The instant appeal preferred under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the order dated 15.09.2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Raipur in Arbitration Case No. 125-A of 2015, wherein the status-quo order has been issued till the petition is decided on merits.

Perusal of the order shows that the petition under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 was preferred before the Court below is pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the pleadings are complete, it is requested that the District Judge may decide the case under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 on its own merit as expeditiously as possible.
