(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's appeal is pending before the Commissioner, Revenue Division,

Ambikapur, Surguja against the order of Collector and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously as the appeal is pending since May, 2015 before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Surguja. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Respondent No. 2Commissioner Revenue, Division Surguja is directed to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the this order. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
