The present appeal arises from order dated 26.11.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No.4391 of 2015 following an earlier order in Writ Petition (S) No.4380 of 2011 (Smt. Tulsi Bai Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh) disposed on 10.12.2013.

Writ Appeal No.23 of 2014 was preferred against the order in Smt. Tulsi Bai (Supra), which was dismissed as withdrawn on 24.11.2014. 3.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that this appeal may be disposed in similar terms.
