By order dated 15/10/2015, the Industrial Court has passed an order rejecting the application for stay of the petitioner. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the Industrial Court to decide the said dispute within a period of two months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. It is stated that the parties will co-operate with the trial and Industrial Court will decide the final dispute on its own merit without being influenced by the observations made by the Court in the impugned order dated 15/10/2015 and also this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition is finally disposed of.
