1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.9/2021 registered in Police Station: Gandai District Rajnandgaon for offence under Sections 376 (D), 365, 506, 34 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
