(2) According to the learned counsel for the State, the order dated 02.12.2015 passed by the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Gunderdehi, District Balod placing the
petitioner under suspension is appealable under Section 9(1) of the Chhhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules 1966.
(3) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the competent authority within two weeks from today. (4) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (5) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the competent authority. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the appeal of the petitioner.
(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
