At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the First Information Report (FIR) bearing crime No.107/2016 has been registered in Police Station Dongargaon, District Rajnandgaon, against

Smt. Arshiya Ahmed and others for offence punishable under Sections 420 & 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation is in process, therefore, the contempt has been purged.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition for taking any further action in the matter against the contemnors. The contempt proceedings are dropped.
