Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/08/2021 Heard.

1. This is repeat bail application. Earlier bail application was rejected on merits. Repeat application has been filed mainly on the ground that co-accused has been granted bail and that in the present case, trial has not commenced and the applicant is in jail since 20.03.2020.

2. Considering that earlier bail application was rejected on 24.09.2020, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail only on the ground of delay.

3. Therefore, the application is rejected. However, in case no charges are framed against the applicant within three months and no material progress takes place in the trial, the applicant would be entitled to revive bail application. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Ravi
