Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order of removal passed against him is appealable before the Inspector General of Police, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Inspector General of Police within 15 days from today. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Inspector General of Police of the concerned range. If such appeal is filed within the period of 15 days from today, the Inspector General of Police of the concerned range would consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of receipt

of the appeal after hearing both the parties. No order as to cost(s). 4.
