Shri S.R.J. Jaiswal, Panel Lawyer for the State. Heard on application for restoration of CRMP No. 604 of 2018 which was dismissed on 28.03.2018 for want of prosecution. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the case, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

In view of the same, the order dated 28.03.2018 is recalled. Consequently, the application for restoration is allowed and CRMP No. 604 of 2018 is restored to its original number.
