1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.75/2021 registered in Police Station Bhilai Bhatti, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Excise Act.

2. Although applicant was found to be in illicit possession of 8.640 bulk liters of foreign liquor but considering the fact that he has 28 previous criminal antecedent out of which 7 relates to offence under the C.G. Excise Act, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
