1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are working as Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) since 1998-99, but they are not being allowed to undergo B.Ed./D.Ed. Training for which they have made representation, which has not been considered and decided till this date.
2. Be that as it may, respondent No.5 is directed to consider and disposed off the petitioners' representation which has been made for redressal of their grievances within six weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to make an additional representation, if any.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
