The limited prayer made in this petition is that the petitioner has preferred an application for the renewal of his license of Vinar Bar. Copy of the application of the petitioner dated 27.02.2019 has been annexed as Annexure P/2, which is pending before the Collector, Raipur (C.G.) i.e. Respondent No. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bar having been closed, presently, the concerned respondent/ Collector may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated time.

In view of the limited prayer, it is directed that the concerned respondent / Collector shall consider and decide the application of the petitioner for renewal of
the license within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.
