1. Perusal of the the communication received from the Deputy Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, would show that the appellant has suffered his entire jail sentence and has deposited the fine amount, consequently he has been released on 05.04.2013.
2. Despite repeated calls, none appears nor any representation is made on behalf of the appellant to prosecute this appeal on merits. It appears that the appellant is not interested to prosecute this appeal on merits.
3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
