1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.47/2021 registered in Police Station Koni, District - Revenue & Civil Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the I.P.C.

2. Learned State counsel points out that the name of the applicant is Devkumar Milekar not Devkumar 'Nilekar'.

3. Dr. Shailesh Ahuja, learned counsel for the applicant is

MCRC No. 4019 of 2021 permitted to correct the name of the applicant during the course of the day.

4. Applicant has administered organophosphorus poisoning to his 15 days old daughter born on 15.2.2021.

5. The baby was discharged from hospital within four days and there is no complications in respect of her health thereafter.

6. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 07.3.2021 and the charge-sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

7. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.

8. Certified copy of the order shall be issued only after correction in the cause title is made.
