At the very outset, Mr. Manoj Paranjape, learned counsel for the appellant in both the appeals, would inform that the appellant has filed I.A.No.1 (FAM No.123 of 2016) & I.A.No.2 (FAM No.124 of 2016) seeking withdrawal of both the appeals.

Mr. Gurumukh Bhirani, appellant in both the appeals, states that FAM No.123 of 2016 is against dismissal of an application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act whereas in FAM No.124 of 2016 he is challenging the decree of divorce granted in favour of respondent wife Mrs. Resham Bhirani. By lapse of time he has reconciled with the situation and now he also wants to live separately, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the appeals.

On due consideration, I.A.No.1 filed in FAM No.123 of 2016) & I.A.No.2 filed in FAM No.124 of 2016 are allowed and both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
