Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has filed an application under Section 89 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 for correction of land records which is pending consideration before the Nayab Tahsildar, District Bemetara since September, 2015 and has not been decided till date 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Nayab Tahsildar, District Bemetara is directed to consider petitioner's case and after hearing the parties, conclude it

expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
