A report has been received from the Sessions Judge, North Bastar Kanker, dated 8.2.2017, intimating the fact that the present Appellant, Chhannulal Sahu, has already completed his entire jail sentence in the instant case and has been released from jail on 1.3.2016. 2.

On the basis of the said information, Counsel for the Appellant submits that in the light of the same he does not want to press the present appeal any further and wants the same to be closed.
