1. Complainant Durga Tripathi present before this virtual Court through the "Help Desk" of the High Court of Chhattisgarh. The complainant has made a clear statement that she has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix.

3. On the basis of the statement so made, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
