(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that firstly the petitioner was tranferred from Community Health Centre, Maanpur to Primary Health Centre, Aundhi, Block Maanpur by the impugned transfer order dated 22.05.2015. Later, on 16.06.2015 the petitioner was directed to work at Primary Health Centre, Khadgaon by the respondent No.3 and he has joined the said place and again on 09.12.2015, the petitioner has been transferred from Community

Health Centre, Maanpur to Primary Health Centre, Aundhi and, therefore, he may be permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2 i.e. The Chief Medical and Health Officer, Rajnandgaon, for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2. If such representation is made by the petitioner before respondent No.2 within ten days from today, the said authority shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(5) For a period of 40 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
