ORDER

(Passed on this 9th September, 2017) 1.

This Petition is directed against the order dated 28.07.2017 passed by respondent No.1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nagarpalika Parishad, Bagbahra to Nagarpanchayat, Basna. 2.

As per the terms of compromise, the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed by the Respondent/State whereby his transfer order dated 28.07.2017 has been cancelled vide order dated 08.09.2017. 3.
