1. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is that the petitioner has not been given time bound pay scale despite the fact that the petitioner has served more than 20 years with the respondents. It is stated that first time bound
pay scale was due to her in the year 2009 and second time bound pay scale was due to her in the year 2019, but benefit has not been granted till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that only at this stage, to know the entitlement petitioner has made a representation (Annexure-P/2) to the respondent No.2 - Additional Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Ambikapur, District Surguja, which may be directed to be decided within a period of 90 days.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner that Annexure P/2 shows that the representation has been filed on 22-2-2020 before respondent No2, respondent No.2 shall decide the entitlement of the petitioner claim for time bound pay scale within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this court has not made any observation about the entitlement of the petitioner for the claim made.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
