1. PUD has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, it has been informed that the appellant in this case has expired on 12.7.2017. True copy of death certificate of the appellant is also attached with the PUD.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that none of the legal representatives of the appellant have approached him for the purpose of prosecuting this appeal. On account of death of the appellant this appeal has abated.
