2. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charge under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in alternative under Section 376 of IPC.

3. The prosecutrix, aged about 21 years, has not supported the prosecution at any stage of her evidence. She has denied that

CRMP No. 1303 of 2019 the accused has committed sexual intercourse with her.

4. Considering the evidence on record, no case for grant of leave to appeal is made out.

5. The CRMP is dismissed.
