(1) This is an office reference.

(2) Perused the request letter dated 11.06.2020 sent by Eight Additional Sessions Judge, Durg through District & Sessions Judge, Durg seeking extension of time for disposal of Sessions Trial No.136/2018.

(3) Earlier, this Court while deciding with the bail application of the applicant on 11.12.2019 in M.Cr.C. No.7917/2019 directed to the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of case as soon as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of that order.

(4) Looking to the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of regular functioning of the Court.

(5) Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
