The grievance of the petitioner as ventilated through this petition is that though on representation against adverse remark, the Principal has forwarded a recommendation for deletion of the adverse entry vide his memo dated 08.08.2016 to the Deputy Director but till date,no decision has been taken. 2.

Once, the petitioner has made a representation and the same has been forwarded to the accepting Authority along with the comments of the Principal, the

accepting authority is required to take a decision one way or the other at the earliest because the Annual Confidential Report are required to be completed and maintained on year to year basis. Let a decision be taken within a period of 60 days by respondent No.3 and the same be communicated to the petitioner. 3.
