(7) Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties as per agreement dated 23.06.2016 and they have filed their affidavit along with I.A.No.02, joint application under Order 23 read with Section 151 of CPC and as such, the second appeal be disposed off as having been compromised. (8) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the second appeal is disposed off as having been compromised as per application filed under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC. No order as to cost(s).
