1. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that though he has retired on 31.01.2018, the petitioner has been issued with a charge-sheet after more than 11⁄2 months from the date of his retirement and by virtue of the issuance of charge-sheet, the retiral dues of the petitioner also has not till date been settled.

2. The counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the service rule does not envisage a clause, whereby the disciplinary proceedings could have been initiated against the petitioner after his retirement.

3. Given the nature of facts and circumstances of the case, let the respondent No.1 in the instant case consider the grievance of the petitioner on the petitioner's making a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 in respect of his grievances within a period of 10

days from today and the respondent No.1 shall in turn take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 60 days, thereafter the retiral dues of the petitioner should also be settled at the earliest forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
