The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is for an appropriate direction to the Labour Court No.1 at Raipur for early disposal of the dispute that the petitioner has raised and which is registered before the Labour Court as case No.30/ID Act/2017/Reference. 2.
The dispute pertains to the alleged illegal retrenchment of the petitioner by the respondents.

Considering the facts that reference was registered before the Labour Court about two years back in the year, 2017, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Labour Court No.1 at Raipur to ensure that the case No.30/ID Act/2017/Reference is decided at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is made clear that the petitioner also shall render full co-operation for early disposal of the case before the Labour Court. 5.
