Since the respondent No.5-Paharu who had withdrawn the amount of compensation has already deposited the same before the Land Acquisition Officer, the order passed in the writ petition has been in-effectuated because of subsequent events,

therefore, there is no need to review the order passed in WPC No.2090 of 2016.

Accordingly, this review petition is disposed of, however, it is made clear that both the parties shall not take benefit of order passed in WPC No.2090 of 2016 till the dispute regarding title is settled in SA No.55 of 2005.
