1. It is submitted that in sequel to repeated challenge to the continuation of suspension and orders passed by this Court from time to time, the petitioner preferred an appeal against continuation of suspension order in compliance of order dated 07.10.2016 passed in WPS No.5623 of 2016 which has remained pending without any decision.

2. It is found that the petitioner preferred an appeal on 12.06.2017. Since the appeal is against continuation of suspension order, almost three months have elapsed, in the very nature of the proceeding, it ought to be decided at the earliest. Therefore, in these circumstances, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide petitioner's appeal against suspension within a period of

30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
