Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/08/2017 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner was transferred from Tahsil office Kusmi to Tahsil office Ramanujganj and thereafter, he continued at Ramanujganj, though locally shifted from one place to other place in Ramanujganj, it will not be considered as frequent transfer. Therefore, no case is made out.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
