The ground of challenge against the transfer order is that even though the petitioner never made any application for transfer on her own expenses, impugned order shows that she has been transfered on her own request.
2. The allegation made in this petition is serious. Respondent No.1/State, through a responsible officer shall get inquiry made in the matter and appropriate decision be taken in the matter. It is expected that the inquiry shall be completed within four weeks. For a period of four weeks, petitioner shall not be disturbed from her present place of posting.
