Challenge in the present writ petition is to the inaction on the part of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioner for grant of regular Stage Carriage permit which is pending consideration since 31.12.2015.

Learned Counsel for the State at this juncture submits that he does not have any objection if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent authorities to decide the application of the Petitioner as early as possible.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Writ Petition (C) No. 300 of 2016 on identical set of facts, has already been decided by the coordinate Bench of this Court on 4.2.2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent authorities to decide the case of the Petitioner for grant of Stage Carriage permit on regular basis, as expeditiously as possible. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge /sharad/
