1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there is no criminal charges against the petitioner as he has been acquitted from the alleged offences which he was charged with, yet police authorities are still harassing him on the ground that a number of cases are pending against him, therefore, he made a representation to the Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur.

2. Be that as it may, the Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition finally stands disposed of.
