1. The Present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 04.05.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 1613/2015

2. In the present Petition, the erring Respondent has entered his appearance and filed its reply submitting that the case of the Petitioner has already been considered vide letter dated 05.04.2013 from the office of the Joint Director, Treasury, Accounts and Pension, Bilaspur whereby it has been shown that the payment of Rs. 3,339/-p.m. has already been ordered to the Petitioner as grant of pension.

3. Further the Respond has also shown vide letter dated

01.04.2016 whereby the representation of the Petitioner which was directed to be decided by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2015 has been decided and in the light of the fact that the Petitioner had already been ordered grant of pension of an amount of Rs. 3,339/- the representation of the Petitioner has been rejected.

4. Considering the documents submitted by the Respondent, this Court is of the opinion that no willful contempt has been made out against the order dated 04.05.2015 at all and that the order stands honoured and complied.

5. However, the Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate Court by way of an appropriate proceeding for redressal of his grievances, if according to him the grievance still survives.

6. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed. The contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE kishore
