This is second round of petition. Petition filed by the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach Lokpal under MGNREGA scheme.

The petitioner has filed this second petition praying for direction to

constitute enquiry against respondent No.5 in the matter of petitioner's complaint regarding manufacturing / construction works of Gram Panchayat Sarkhi.

It appears that the petitioner has made various representations to different authorities.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Raipur has already directed vide order dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P/3) to the Executive Engineer to hold enquiry. Therefore, in view of the above, at present no direction is required to be issued as the enquiry is pending. 5.

The petition is therefore dismissed.
