Heard on I.A. No.01/2016 which is an application for condonation of delay in filing the M.C.C.

For the reasons mentioned in the application (IA No.01), the same is allowed and the delay in filing the MCC is hereby condoned. 3.

The applicant has filed this application for restoration of WP(PIL) No.47 of 2015 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 01-02-2016 for want of prosecution.

On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application supported by an affidavit of the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has
established sufficient cause for non-appearance of the counsel on the date when the case was called for hearing.
