Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/06/2016 Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing MCC. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, delay in filing restoration application is condoned.

Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the counsel when the case was called on for hearing.
