Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/04/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for correction in the permit granted to the petitioner on 23/01/2015 has been moved on 11/03/2016. He submits that the respondents have not decided the application till date.

It is found that the application for correction in the permit has been moved only on 11/03/2016 and even before expiry of 30 days, this petition has been filed.

This petition is premature and is accordingly dismissed, however, this order shall not come in the way of the authorities in deciding the application in accordance with law.
