The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.158/2016, registered at Police Station - Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B and 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and prays for liberty to renew the same after examination of memorandum and seizure witnesses. 2.

Permission granted.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as prayed for.
