1. Considering the facts that the order under challenge is the suspension order, this Court, at this juncture, does not find it to be a strong case for interference, particularly, when the suspension order reflects certain allegations against the petitioner.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in the event, if the respondents fail to take further appropriate disciplinary action against the petitioner within the time prescribed under the rules governing the service conditions.
