1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner against the non-compliance of the order dated 30.09.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition(S) No. 3000 of 2013 directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the said order on part of the Chief Engineer, Rural Engineering Services by now has been fully complied, nothing left to be complied with. Therefore, the Petition has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
