The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of suspension - Annexure-P/1 dated 27/03/2018.

The impugned order is an appealable order in as much as there is a statutory provision of appeal provided under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.

In view of the fact that there is a provision of appeal available to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. 5.

Thus, reserving the right of the petitioner to the remedy of appeal, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
