The application for restoration is delayed by 189 days. On due consideration and for the reasons stated, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

Also heard on application for restoration of Civil Revision No.432/2002.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision 432/2002 is restored to its original number.
